The Company has constituted a grievance redressal committee to address and resolve complaints received from general public. The committee consist of three high officials of the Company.

§  Every complaint received by the committee shall be numbered and entered in a register kept in the system and shall issue acknowledgement with registration number electronic media to the complainant.


§  The committee will look into the matter independently and Judicially and if necessary personally verify the matter and resolve the problem raise by the complainant.


§  During the enquiry the committee has the power to give appropriate directions or recommendations to the company or direct sellers or to the employers of the company


§  Every complaint shall be resolved with in 45 days from the date of making of the complaint


§  The committee shall keep all recordings of the proceedings with them


§  The committee shall inform the complainant, the final outcome of the complaint thru electronic media.
