The Company has constituted a grievance redressal committee to address and resolve complaints received from general public. The committee consist of three high officials of the Company.

Complaints can be filed by the general public over phone,
email, post and walkin to the committee in any of the the following addresses

Every complaint received by
the committee shall
be numbered and entered in a register kept in the system and shall issue
acknowledgement with registration number electronic media to the complainant.
The committee will look into the matter
independently and Judicially and if necessary personally verify the matter and
resolve the problem raise by the complainant.
During the enquiry the committee has the power
to give appropriate directions or recommendations to the company or direct
sellers or to the employers of the company
Every complaint shall be
resolved with in 45
days from the date of making of the complaint
The committee shall keep all recordings of the
proceedings with them
The committee shall inform the complainant, the
final outcome of the complaint thru electronic media.
